This collection of quartets from the “Ebony” collection is primarily intended for advanced clarinetists. It features a combination of three clarinets and a bass clarinet.

The collection consists of three arrangements: a transcription of a movement from Schubert‘s string quartet, an arrangement of Boublitchki, a traditional klezmer piece, and the jazz standard A Night in Tunisia.
